4. REVIEW OF COPYRIGHT NOTICES

6. RESTORATION OF MATERIAL

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the person who submitted the original copyright complaint.

Where the DMCA applies, removed material may be restored in accordance with applicable legal procedures unless the original complainant informs us that appropriate legal action has been filed seeking to prevent restoration of the material.

We reserve the right to follow applicable legal requirements when determining whether and when content should be restored.

7. REPEAT INFRINGEMENT

Where applicable, Decorauraco may restrict or terminate access to website features for users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

We may also take action against accounts or submissions associated with repeated valid infringement complaints where reasonably appropriate.

8. FALSE OR MISLEADING NOTICES
